All vehicles are sold as is. Vehicle condition must be verified before leaving the lot. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify year, make and model. All buyers and transporters must be able to load their vehicles. Cash only at lot or credit card via Peak. Online auction of impounded, abandoned, donated, and dealer surplus vehicles hosted by Peak Auto Auctions. These vehicles will be sold clear of any liens or holds. All vehicles sold pursuant to the 75 PA Cons Stat § 7305 (2022).

There will be a 13.5% Buyer's Premium ADDED to the purchase price of each vehicle.

A $50 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BID.  IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, THE DEPOSIT WILL APPLIED TO YOUR INVOICE.  IF YOU DO NOT WIN, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.

CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON INVOICES EXCEEDING $5000.  IF THE INVOICE IS OVER $5000, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR WIRE TRANSFER.
